Artquest is the advice and information service for London-based visual artists and craftspeople.

Artquest's mission is to provide a comprehensive advice and information service to London's visual arts professionals at all stages of their careers.

Covering all areas of practice, Artquest provides information relating to the presentation and selling of work; research and development of new work; funding advice and funding sources and ongoing professional development and training opportunities. The Artquest programme is funded jointly by Arts Council England London and the University of the Arts London.

The Creative Development Team develops the Cultural Strategy that contributes to council priorities, reflecting community needs and aspirations, and develops capacity in the arts and creative sector. The team manages the Events and Festivals Programme across the Borough, including the Brent Diwali Celebrations and Respect Festival.

The Enfield Arts and Events Team aim to develop the arts in Enfield and increase participation in the arts across the borough. This is done in a variety of ways, including organising events and festivals across the borough including the New River Festival, the Autumn Show and the Southgate Street Festival. Developing targeted arts activities, workshops and projects in partnership with other council services, local communities, businesses and schools. Promoting and nurturing the arts and arts practice across the borough, offering a support service for artists of all disciplines and giving advice on the arts sector and funding. Running the Enfield Film Awards and the annual Enfield Film Festival.

Through Creative London North, Collage Arts offers a range of business support and professional development opportunities for artists. Collage Arts is based in the Chocolate Factory in Wood Green, the largest of a number of artist’s studios in the borough of Haringey, within the Chocolate Factory there is the Factory Arts Network which is currently coordinated by Collage Arts. Haringey would like to build on the Factory Artists Network and further develop a number of smaller artist networks across the borough.
